Cooking Without was my first book which was self-published in 1990 for the benefit of my clients. It was subsequently taken over by Thorsons (part of Harper Collins) and is still in print today having sold many thousands of copies over the years. It became recommended reading for Nutritional Therapists over the years and a bible for their clients.
