This really is the easiest, tastiest, healthiest salad dressing ever. It consists of three ingredients shaken together. You can add extras if you wish such as salt and pepper, honey, mustard powder or dried herbs but try it first as I’m sure you will love it.
1 Take a salad dressing jar, or a jam jar, and fill to 1/8th with pomegranate molasses. Add an equal amount of boiling water, place the lid on the jar and and shake well to combine the ingredients.
2 Top up the jar with olive oil, leaving a small space at the top to allow the ingredients to mix. Replace the lid and shake again before using. Store at room temperature rather than in the fridge to prevent it from solidifying.
